Peter - though I live in the area, I've only recently visited Pin Mill and actually found it hard to work out what was where (apart from the Butt and Oyster of course!)
It seems to have become something of a tourist attraction which fortunately AR cannot be blamed for, it has that 'look' and 'charm' that many people want when they visit the 'countryside'!
