Roger, I do remember reading that passage in Master Storyteller (and I probably should remember the MM2011 reference too); when I said "if it ever existed" I was thinking of the many long debates I'd seen on the subject here and elsewhere. As I haven't got MS at hand, were you able to establish an actual location for it with any kind of accuracy?
