The TarBoard Terms and Conditions are now being drawn to our notice, and I think I am right in saying that they have been updated. I have read them, and I think they are perfectly fair and acceptable. I note particularly Rule 10, under which file deletion will be carried out ASAP, should not be construed as an insult, and no discussion will be entered into - again I think this is completely fair and I have no problem with it. Forgive me, though, if I make a plea to the moderators - could public (i.e. on-TarBoard) individual rebukes by moderators also be outlawed? If any posting by me is deemed unsuitable, then just remove the damn thing! Don't let's have 'wrist-slappings' in public , please . And yes, you may wish to remove this posting, but please read it first!
