I should have added that the 1st edition mentioned was part of a valuable and documentary collection of AR works (this has previously been flagged up on Tarboard - see e.g. Adam Quinan's post on 3rd March). The total price paid for that 1st edition was £11,875 including premium. However, another 1st edition S&A (looking very similar but presumably without any dedication) went for £4,000.
