Looks like it is going to be the same as the James Bond films - buy the rights to the book then just use the title. Worrying that they can't even get the relationship between the characters correct!
Perhaps even more worrying is that they state
“We are also grateful to the Ransome Trustees and the Ransome Society for all their support.”
Ah well.
