Theme Music for 1963 BBC Swallows and Amazons series

Someone has recently changed the statement about the theme music for the TV series in the Swallows and Amazons article in Wikipedia but left no citation for this apart from a claim that they have a recording.

It originally read "The theme music used was the opening of George Butterworth's "Banks of Green Willow"."

Now it says "The opening theme and background music were composed by Alfred Elms."

Does anyone actually know what the theme music is?
