I think 1957 is an error.
From memory, Peter Roach managed to acquire a copy (for TARS?) (from the BBC?). I never saw it but I believe it was a poor copy.
I believe Films of Windsor ceased some time ago. Who (if anyone?) acquired the rights to their work, I could not say. But, so long as all reasonable attempts have been made to identify the copyright holder, it is possible to go ahead. It is, I suppose possible if AR wrote some of the screenplay, that the estate has some part to play.
