I've just read a good comment on the Telegraph Website about it - if 'Titty' will provoke sniggers, then why stop there - 'Roger' is just as rude.

Then of course it occurs to that when we move on to WH something will have to done about 'Dick'.

So as our society becomes more educated and liberal (a good thing to me) it seems we have to pander even more to those who cannot see beyond the 'snigger' value of words.
