Heavens, what a very silly petition.
"Dick" and "Roger" are extremely common boys' names, whose sexual connotations are ancient and much less used than the names themselves. In total contrast, "Titty" is an extremely unusual girl's name and in contemporary usage invariably refers to a woman's breasts.
It seems to me that to compare the three, and draw any conclusions of sexism from the way they are handled, is foolish in the extreme.
