Not so sure about that Peter (the presumed solar panels). I take it you are referring to the large white rectangle mounted at an angle. The middle section is white, the three across the top and bottom seem to be either transparent or just a framework. All the solar arrays I've seen at least appeared black. I suppose it could be a relay antenna of some sort but it doesn't look much like one.
