Well of course. I was only pointing out the logical and actual fallacy in any attempt to drag in the boys' names, which is happening rather a lot. And isn't by any means confined to your post; sorry cobber, you were just standing there.
And also mentioning (which doesn't happen too often) the pressures on the BBC, which will certainly have been part of their thinking process.
As to the name they seem to have chosen, it's curiously appropriate- in fact "learnèd" in AR terms, if "obscure" in the demotic- but because it's also a very esoteric name with a strong slang association, it seems to me to have landed them in another awkward spot. However, at least it's "clean".
