I've tried to buy the digital editions from the US via UK sites (Amazon and others) with no success. They've always choked on either my address or my credit card being US. One of the sites apparently accepts gift cards that are available through UK bookstores; if I'm ever over there for more than a couple of weeks, I'll try using that route.
Alternatively, could we try a write-in to David Godine, as the primary US publisher of the books?
