Can anyone with a UK, Canadian, etc. Kindle copy of PM please check and see whether it has the same error? I'm pretty sure the U.S. Kindle editions were created from the Godine books and that the others came from Random House; it would be interesting to hear if the error is in non-U.S. editions as well. (Although I admit no definitive conclusion can be reached either way.)
