Googling, the flat is no longer available, almost certainly meaning that it's been sold. Given the way things are in London housing, it looks inevitable.
But if you search for "40 Hurlingham Court flat for sale" there are some "Rightmove" sites showing details from the previous time it was offered, in 2012, and there you can see pictures, deliberately faded because that sale is long gone, but viewable. And it's certainly not an AR interior, even then. But you can see the view from the balcony, and a shot of the rear, river side of the building, showing the balconies. Street View can only show the other side, on Ranelagh Gardens. Remembering the place in reality in the late '50s, it's easy to imagine AR wobbling down the street.
Incidentally, Zoopla are still showing an estimate of £2,553,000, so there's no indication yet of how much it actually went for.
