My copy has the Clifford Webb illistrations and has the following dates:

First Published 1931
Reprinted July 1932
Reprinted August 1932

It has "FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT READ "SWALLOWS AND AMAZONS" at pages 13 and 14 and the text begins on page 17
