The small blue hardbacked book is entitled Oscar Wilde A Critical Study by Arthur Ransome - Methuen & Co. Ltd. 36 Essex Street, W.C. London

Inside it says First Published in 1912
Underneath that it says First published at 1s. net in 1913

So perhaps this is the second edition.
