There are lots. The origin of most early fonts was, naturally enough, handwriting, whether calligraphic, ordinary, or cut in stone (ie,the Roman typefaces). I didn't realize that you were talking about the titles of the books as opposed to the font they were set in. I do have a copy of a flyer about the Godine books which shows the front covers of the first eight of them; each cover is about 1x1.5 inches but that may be enough to figure out the font. This may take a few days, though....
