One final comment. When I said "free" in reference to fonts on Compuserve, etc., they are generally shareware, so if you actually acquire and use one you pay on the order of $15 or so. Fonts from the commercial foundaries cost quite a bit more than that.
Finally: Postscript implementations generally have ITC Chancery of one sort or another, so if you have or have access to a Postscript printer or a system with ATM on it, see what you can find there.
