SA map that features on the covers of Mixe d Moss [TARS journal] is by Stephen Spurrier I think, there is also another one floating around certainly in the Puffins. I dont think AR ever did one for that book. I was always dissapointed with it when I was small.
Many many pictures in the Cape editions dont appaer in the hardbacks, I think that this is because a lot of them are not by AR. Eg bird drawings in P&M which also has a note by Nancy pointing out that it was All hands to the ink in this book [front of Cape edition]
