I don't know to whom it belongs, It belongs to TARS. It is part of a set of recordings of ARs BBC broadcasts of the late 1940's and early 1950's that I purchased on behalf of the Society from the BBC around 1996. I purchased them on the understanding they could be hired to Society Members, which I did very successfully before my expulsion from the Society when I was asked to send them to Ted Alexander.
