Does anybody know anything about the boats used as Swallow and Amazon in the film?

It really is very hard to fault them if you compare them with thre descriptions in the books - the fictitious Amazon is far closer to the boat as described than the real Mavis. And it really does look as though Swallow hasn't got a centreplate - I have never seen a dinghy like this although it certainly was a traditional feature of boats built for Morecambe Bay, where Swallow originated.

So what were the boats used in the film? Do they still exist? If they do should not TARS be keeping an eye on them with a view to them joining Mavis and Cocky some day?
