In reference to the Low Farm at watersmeet, I believe that in PP, during the fire, when someone asks someone else who will be fighting it at the other end, the answer came, something like "The Low Farm at watersmeet, but they're nobbut but an old man and a lil' lad" which would not correlate with the theory that Jacky's father is alive, as expressed in PM. Is this perhaps an inconsistancy in the books, or is calling a person an old man common if the "old man" is a little older than the person calling him such.

It is a possibility that Jacky came late in the marraige of his father and mother, that is the best theory that I have for that, though I think that there was a slipup here.
