I don't know if this question is already in FAQs (I can't seem to find the FAQs), but just how common a name was "Titty"? Was it a standard nickname, such as Peggy/Margaret? I noticed it was changed in the TV series to "Kitty" (short for Katherine, I presume), so I'm guessing "Titty" has been killed by modern slang. Any thoughts?
