Fed up with not knowing what 'they did next' I began writing a sequel set in the summer of 1939. Ed bullied me into letting him have a look (love you Ed :-) and he added quite a bit of textural stuff ie what happened to Bob Blackett.
It's about 50,000 words unfinished, and is available on request(we don't have permission to publish from AR's executors so we just pass it around.)
