Bill Wright's timeline of the adventures has CC at Easter 1932 and PP, WDMTGTS, SW and BS (in that order) all in Summer 1932. Obviously, from the first chapter in SW, Daddy (who had returned from a posting at the end of WDMTGTS) was ordered to work early, threatening the planned exploring.
