A further word about Amazon Publications. As Peter H has mentioned, they produce books primarily for subscribers, and there are some extra copies available for purchase after the subscribers have all been supplied. However there is a very important proviso: the books are for sale only to TARS members. The Literary Executors make this condition, since they give liberal permission for the use of copyright material.
