Prue, I believe Geraint Lewis enjoys(?) the honor of being the representative for non UK residents. I don't have MM and other recent pubs / reports at hand, but a quick check by someone might confirm this.
(There has been considerable discussion on this subject over the years. I think people running the show are doing a great job - I'd only screw things up, so I'm a happy camper!)
