I agree,Richard. Cooper's Sparkling Ale [colloquially known as Sheep Dip because there is also a sheep dip of that name] is by a long walk the best beer in Oz at the moment, although Cascade, from Hobart, and Boag's from Launceston are both very nice drops. I think that like John, you have to grow up in New South Wales to like their Old beer.
