I can confirm Alan's observations. WH Smith used to sell Swallows and Amazons Forever, but it is now delisted (the shop assistant and I went through every line of their latest catalogue). There was a vague suggestion that it might be re-released in "the future". Thus the conclusion is: not available in the UK.
