Actually, the stock information on Amazon is misleading. I ordered CITN from Amazon a while ago. They took my order and told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks (or rather, as they carefully phrase it, 'this item is usually delivered in....') but a few weeks later I got a 'sorry, this item is unavailable' message.
Try to order it by all means - if nothing else, this information will let Amazon and hopefully the publisher know that there is a demand - but don't get your hopes up!
