I think CITN was the last shot at the saga, and as AR noticed in the notes, he had no middle for the story.
If this story had a middle it would have obviously involved the D's and the Dand G's. The fishing element in the synopsis whilst interesting is not a great adventure in the AR fashion. There is no great skill.
One wonders if the queer relationship between Dick and Mr Dixon would continue. And how would Titty be involved.
Ah we can but wonder at what might have been.
