The idea of reproducing selected Tarboard postings in 'Mixed Moss' is not a new one - it was briefly tried a few years ago, then dropped. Perhaps it ought to be tried again, this time a bit more seriously. David will know that there is at the moment some argument going on by private email over the respective roles of 'Signals' and 'Mixed Moss', pending recommendations by a Working Party next Jan. I personally can see no problem in having Signals as a newsletter, containing 'housekeeping' and current information on TARS, and 'Moss' as a journal of record about AR's books and characters and literary style etc. I agree with David that a collection of postings like this one on the D's could be a good addition to the Moss repertoire.
