1. Dowsing: My own opinion is that it works, to many people feel it for it to be made up. Proving it is another fun matter. I will try with a piece of wire.
2. I always thought it was gybe to turn with the wind. But Websters says jibe is the word and gybe is a variant. In SD John is noted as not jibing before he sinks Swallow - Godine Edition.
Anyway back to the marking. I feel like Professor Callum - everybody else is having fun and I look at stacks of papers.
