In Vancouver, and I suppose the rest of Canada, Boxing Day has now been superceded by Boxing Week, where presumably it now takes most of the larger shops a week, rather than a single day, to get rid of their overstocked supplies at a reduced rate.

That is probably the longest sentence I have ever written. An idea has just occurred to me. In which of AR's works, can you find the longest sentence? Ed might be able to help here. I'm also not too sure about the spelling of superceded (superseded?)
