Despite my enthusiam for the pictures of the stunning broads, I find it hard that people actually sail on those little creeks and ponds. Each tack must be no more than five or six seconds. Quite a few Margolettas there, it appears. I notice too that a lot of sailors don't bother to haul in their fenders - among my friends, always the sign of a landlubber. Given the closeness of the land, however, it probably makes sense.
