Yes - that's the one ( well there used to be two ). The clay is dug out from up on the fell close by where Doth's folk farmed after they moved down from above Ullswater. Didn't know your folk lived out this way - its a grand area though short on lakes - there was a plan to flood the valley by Long Preston as a reservoir - then we'd have had sailing and caves. Last weekend was down Kingsdale Master Cave with #1 daughter Kate and friend and children.
