Walter-Saxen rare books have a rather interesting copy of the 1960 reprint of Swallowdale:

"Arthur RANSOME has ILLUSTRATRED and INSCRIBED and SIGNED the half-title page: "Best wishes from Arthur Ransome [signed in blue ink] April 22, 1964" - illustrated by Ransome's illustrations in ink around his inscription ... Small closed tear to dustjacket; previous owner name on free endpaper; light and small inkpen mark on dustjacket; not price clipped; price sticker of 15s0d still intact on inside flap. A remarkable copy."

Asking price GBP 550.
