This is rather interesting. Have you any more info on this book-who published it and why and the subject matter, etc.? I could do some hunting of my own. In the meantime please let me know if it surfaces.
Imagine two people having copies of the same obscure book-however this, as I said earlier, would be the place for that. I wonder why that fulsome title? The bit of Essex I was examining did not look specialy inviting. Although there *were* wild blackberry brambles all over-another bit of local detail worked into SW, which was good to experience personaly.
It would be possible to float up to the quay, but a close up of the plaque would require getting out and walking to the shed-which according to the slides, stands on the quay, a little back from the water.
