Well done- glad you could take the effort. It looks like it might be the 'Governors' of something begining with 'Harrison F' that are responsible for this, but what? Farm, Foundation, who knows. A local history expert might.
If the stone is now gone you might consider putting the enhanced slides up on the TARS website as a reference for 'Secret Water' fans. See if there is any interest on their part. That is, if there is any on your part.
