I was 17 at the time and found out the hard way that 13 schooners of black (a type of strong beer in NSW) left one non-ambulatory. Also it is not a good idea to ride in a car in that state - as a passenger - as you tend to expel the drink the wrong way.
So yes 13, it was unlucky. But I learned a valuable Roger type lesson: what doesn't kill you can hurt like hell. It has been a long time since I drank that much alcohol.
