In Chapter XXV “Totally Disappeared” of PM, AR says that Billy Lewthwaite is in gardening clothes and wearing an old yachting cap.
Billy says “ .... And I was in a fair muzz with her being at me because I’d only me chauffeur’s cap and hadn’t thought for to take me blue coat what with being in a hurry like ... “
Was it a blue yachting blazer I wonder?
