When I was in book publishing, we were aware of two legendary maxims:
1) There isn't a book published in the world without at least one error in it.
2) One pair of eyes will only spot about 50% of the errors. Two pairs will together spot about 80%, three will spot 90%, four about 95%, and five about 99%. Six will spot . . . 99%, 100 will spot 99%. That 1% error will get through whatever.
So relax, Ed - life ain't long enough to chase that 1% error!
