David Carter was made a Vice-P, and now Malcolm Temple. Why wasn't Michael Peak? (an exceptionally nice man whom I actually met and talked to on several occasions - he made a point of attending meetings). What are the qualifications for this honour? This is a genuine question - so much about TARS seems to defy logic.
