Of course not Robert, my example was of a mindset not an outcome. Such motorists never give a thought that what they do will cause a death (having had such a death in my family I am all too aware of what can happen). I was trying to come up with another example of how one group's actions do not take into account the effect on another group, a common problem in modern society.
