Maybe I am lucky but I have been in England for a total of about 8 weeks in my life and it rained for maybe 30 minutes in the whole time. To me England is always sunny.
Then again I went to New Mexico where it rained for the whole week I was there and the sign in the airport said "only 30 cloudy days per year." I could not even get out of the hotel.
