Sorry again, just realised that I still haven't given enough information... One textual change that might clinch it is on page 19 when Dick and Dot pass a station. It is 'Stalham' in the printed text, but this is crossed through, and the word 'Salhouse' written above it. I have a 1999 edition which also has 'Salhouse'.
