Your Charlotte has done a lot of things that many of us wish we could have done at any age. Hopefully, one day she will come to learn just how lucky she was to have those adventures to look back at with the magic of memories.

That includes the capsizing in the middle of the lake.

Now, imagine doing that in a 4 meter catamarin. Once that thing turns "turtle" you have this floating platform that has two 30 inch metal sails (used to be daggerboards) and a keel that goes down about 30+ feet, made of dacron (used to be a sail). Now imagine what you have to do to get that sucker upright.

Memories are made of this. Thank goodness I never had to go through that stunt, but there were those near moments. Perhaps that is one memory I managed to get along quite well without.
