Ok so there were one or two I missed.......

However, I am under the impression that Garibaldi is the generic "native" name for squashed flies, not a particular brand of squashed fly. I have heard it said that Garibaldi, the Italian unifier invented them to sustain his troops with a sweet and sustaining sugar hit. But Garibaldi is certainly generic now and seems to have been for a long time.
