Funnily enough noodling was the subject of a segment of the CBC Ontario radio program Fresh Air this morning. Noodling has been illegal in Missouri until this season and they interviewed a noodler who was finally allowed to do his thing legally. It doesn't really resemble guddling at all. Its more using brute force on a large catfish than subtle coaxing of a small trout.
