I'm sure that this has been covered before, but I have been reading the books in 'order' to my S&A mad 7-year old and have got as far as Peter Duck. She won't believe me that it is a 'made-up' story, but what is the generally held time-line for the making up of the story. Titty is PD mad in Swallowdale (as far as I can recall there is no other mention of Peter Duck?), yet the book is later in the 'normal' sequence?
